Consent to the processing of personal data

By filling in the inquiry form I agree in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the protection of personal data (including data entered during communication with our company) to the company P&V ELEKTRONIC spol. s r.o. with its registered office at Kasejovice 389, 335 44 Kasejovice, IČ 61775401 which is the administrator and to the subsequent processing (or through the processor) and I further agree to the processing of personal data for subsequent business and marketing purposes of the administrator, with the fact that these data may be assigned with other data. I give this consent voluntarily for a period of 10 years. However, I can revoke the consent at any time in writing at the administrator's address. I confirm that I have been notified of my rights related to the management and processing of personal data by P&V ELEKTRONIC spol. s ro, in particular that I have rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, ie that the provision of data is voluntary, that I can revoke my consent free of charge at any time to the administrator's address, that I have information about their processing, access to personal data, the right to correct such personal data, blocking of incorrect personal data, their liquidation, etc., as well as the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of an alleged violation of one's rights.
